MTEC - Mobile Technology Enablement Center

The DSS Mobile Technology Enablement Center (MTEC) is a 37-foot motorized state-of-the-art demonstration center on wheels. It provides a mobile platform to showcase IBM Solution and Technology offerings onsite without asking the customer to travel.

The MTEC provides a working lab environment where IBM products and solutions are available for preview and hands-on demonstrations. Complimentary products from sponsoring vendors such as Cisco, Qlogic, and Miralink are available as well.

This unique mobile venue allows customers to view live, fully functioning demonstrations of IBM’s most innovative hardware products and software. Onboard are the latest System p POWER 6, System x, BladeCenter S, SAN Volume Controller, NSeries, Tivoli Productivity Center, and Tivoli Storage Manager to name a few.

The MTEC is staffed by DSS’ experienced, professional technical consultants. A fully networked briefing area and first class audio visual capabilities will accommodate both small discussions, as well as larger group briefings. Here are some examples of what customers can expect to experience:
